Introduction to Bronz Casting
Learn how to sculpt, mold, and cast an original mask in bronze!
Working with resin-bonded sand, you’ll learn the basics as you create your own sculpture. As part of a casting team, you’ll have the exhilarating experience of pouring molten bronze. After the casting cools, you’ll open your mold and finish your piece. Students will be working in a bas-relief format using foam, clay, found objects and sculpting techniques.
