Intro Glassblowing I

No glass blowing experience is required.  This is a fundamental glass blowing class that will instill shop safety and proper shop tool educate.  You will learn to achieve the hand skills needed to produce blown forms such as a cup, bowl, vase, and more.  In the beginning of each class the instructor will demo a blown shape and introduce new tools.  Then each student will create that blown form himself or herself with one-on-one instruction from the teacher.

Intro I: Tuition $500, six week class, supplies provided

Registration is on a first come, first served basis, as class is limited to 4 students.

 

Students need to wear 100% cotton (t-shirts, jeans), closed shoes.  If you have longhair please tie it back and do not use any alcohol hair products or hairspray.  Bring a bottle of water.
